Due to expected growth we are looking to hire a new full-time Recruitment Specialist for our London branch.

If you have a background in HR, hiring, admin or strong customer service skills and are interested in a job opportunity as a recruiter... then this opportunity could be for you. IS2 customers are always looking for the most qualified candidates in the market; our recruiters make that happen!

Tasks you'll be required to do:

Contacting candidates from applications and our database, pre-screening candidates, booking interviews, zoom interviews and face-to-face interviews (plexi-glass protected) administering skills testing and performing check-ins at our customers work-sites.

Traits that will make you successful:

If you are someone with excellent customer service and communication skills, a strong sense of task-completion, at least 6 months experience in recruitment, hiring, admin, customer service or HR related functions and have your own vehicle and a can-do attitude, then you might just soon be our newest team member!

A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license will be required for travel to client sites.
