LucasWorks is currently assisting a client in Oxford County in their search for a qualified Maintenance Supervisor.

Responsibilities include:
- plans and supervises preventative maintenance programs
- develop, analyze and improve preventative maintenance procedures
- supervise maintenance employees and schedule work accordingly
- develop methods to improve maintenance effectiveness
- resolve employee issues and work as a team to achieve goals
- participate in decisions to rebuild, repair or replace equipment

Qualifications include:
- minimum of four years maintenance, electrical and mechanical experience
- certificate of qualification in a skill trade (electrician) or Engineering Technologist
- previous supervisory experience is a must
- experience with Windows based computer programs
- ability to work on three rotating shift schedules and weekends as required
- previous experience using a computerized maintenance management software program
