Deloitte is seeking a Billing Clerk to provide processing support to our billing & finance teams. This role would be located in either the Kitchener or Windsor office. The position would include the following:

Responsibilities:
  • Processing of billing transactions
  • Typing and formatting of documents including invoices
  • Creating invoices from hand–written documents
  • Data entry
  • Dispatching of documents amongst our different services
  • Other related tasks as required
 
*** Please note that this is a 6 month contract term position ***

 

 
A qualified candidate should have:
 
  • 2 years + work experience in a similar role
  • Experience in high volume data entry preferred
  • Experience working with MS 2010, with intermediate - advanced skills preferred
  • Excellent proofreading skills
  • The ability to take complete ownership of assigned projects, seeing them through from start to finish
  • Professional education in administration or accounting diploma (preferred)
  • The ability to work in a fast–paced environment with very tight deadlines
  • Able to manage conflicting priorities
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent client service skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with multiple senior staff
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
