Position Overview:
 
In this role you will assist in the day to day administrative activities of trafficking and programming content on a digital media network.  You will act as support to the Account Services team as well as contribute to the coordination of creative artists and designers.  Your role will include trafficking of content on a digital media network while adhering to CDN processes and workflow. You will be required to constantly apply organizational and time management skills.  The following skills are critical to success in this role:

Position Responsibilities:
 

  • With direction from account representatives, use proprietary CDN applications to efficiently schedule and distribute content updates across client networks with extreme accuracy and timeliness
  • Actively support the administration and coordination of communication and content workflow between clients and CDN production resources
  • Actively participate in responding and acting on defined client requests
  • Thoroughly maintain and update documentation as required and directed
  • Collect and report on department job activity and time
  • Actively communicate with all CDN internal departments
  • Assist in maintaining professional relationships with key clients
  • Strive for constant customer satisfaction
  • Ensure quality assurance of CDN Services and its clients

 
 
Education and Experience:
 

  • Network trafficking experience is considered beneficial
  • Demonstrated capacity for learning and working with new software/technology
  • Proficient with office software including Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with Multi Media software and file formats is preferred
  • Post-Secondary education in Multi Media or Administration
  • 1-3 years related experience is required
