We are current recruiting to fill a Commercial Business Development job in Kitchener, ON. The successful candidate the will be responsible for the business development and sales of service contacts and equipment within the commercial and industrial HVAC sector.

The job responsibilities of this Commercial Business Development job includes:
-The main function of this person will be to combine market knowledge and sales skills in order to provide consultations to current and potential clients with respect to emerging technologies
-Negotiate, calculate and prepare client quotes
-Use digital marketing material in sales presentations
-Develop strategies to overcome or eliminate obstacles that may hinder effective sales techniques.
-Create and maintain client relationships, consistently searching for new, potential clients.

Qualifications:
-3 years of commercial sales experience
-Knowledge of Commercial / Industrial HVAC industry strongly recommended
-Must be technologically savvy and comfortable with using digital marketing in sales presentations
-Ability to articulate complex technical information to clients
-Self-Motivated, strong analytical skills and detail-oriented.
