Ostic Insurance Brokers is hiring for TWO full-time positions available in our Fergus Office:

AN ACCOUNT MANAGER SALES position is available in our organization for the right individual. The position involves generating sales leads and selling insurance products to meet the needs of our customers. The successful candidate will reside within our marketing territory communities and possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of successful sales related experience in the industry in Commercial / Personal Lines insurance and Farm related insurance products and service
• Or, a minimum of 3 years of sales experience
• Currently RIBO licensed or will successfully complete the RIBO license designation within six months
• A positive, service-oriented attitude coupled with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• A proven successful sales record and customer retention / relationship management
• A comfort with technology and a willingness to train and  learn in a paperless environment
• You must possess a valid driver's license

A  COMMERCIAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE position is also available for the right individual. The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of Commercial customer service experience in the insurance industry
• Holds an industry designation like CAIB or is working towards completing this goal
• Currently RIBO licensed
• Proven success in managing and maintaining a customer based file inventory
• Comfortable to train and  work in a paperless environment
• You must possess a valid driver's license
