Job Duties:
  • Recruit new employees/ candidates
  • Collect and pre-screen applicants
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements
  • Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
  • Interview applicants
  • Set up any testing required for profiling
  • Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
  • Client account management
  • Assist with business development
  • Basic admin (emails, answering phone, data input)
Job Information:
  • Experience is an asset
  • Education - Recent Human Resource Graduate who wants experience
  • Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
  • Compensation – TBD based on experience
  • This is an entry level position – Company has many growth opportunities
  • Hours of work 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday
  • May be asked to attend community functions outside of working hours but will be compensated.
