Job Description
We are currently recruiting to fill several Machine/CNC Operator jobs in Woodstock, ON. The pay rate is $17/hr for day shift and $18/hr for afternoon shift.
Responsibilities of the jobs include:
- Assembles fabricated parts at floor stations. Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.
- Uses hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications.
- Identifies units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repairs as necessary.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Clear criminal background
- Minimum 5 years of production experience
- Experience operating CNC lathes, drill presses and small lathes is required
- Blueprint reading experience and precision measuring tools experience is ideal
- Experience working in a machine shop environment would be an asset
- Must be flexible to work rotating shifts
