Talentcor London is currently recruiting for our client, a London based multi-national organization considered a leader in the manufacturing sector.

We are currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative Infection Prevention.

This role is a contract with the option of extension. The Individual in this role will focus on developing new partnerships and driving growth in the Acute and Alternate Care Markets.

Responsibilities/Tasks and Duties:

• Manage a complex customer relationship/model by understanding the customer's business needs, working with key influencers in the organization, and enhancing the sale and managing growth.
• Responsible for managing a call plan at a National Level.
• Make a target amount of cold calls and prospecting calls on a daily basis.
• Generate strong leads for field sales representatives.
• Accountable for fiscal growth targets.
• Selling, promoting and educating customers on products and services.
• Able to effectively work in a team setting.
• Responsible for performing work as a sales team member cultivating a working relationship with field sales reps in all assigned territories to promote a healthy team selling approach.
• Some travel required.

Basic Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in healthcare preferred.
• Demonstrates ability to handle concurrent complex selling situations.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work autonomously.
• Results driven orientation.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft office.
• Bilingual preferred.
