Job Description
Our client; a large Food Distributer in the Mississauga Area; are looking to bring on a full-time Canvassing Manager to help support the recent growth of their business. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar setting, with at least 2 years in a related position.
Successful Candidates would:
- Have a flexible schedule; available for weekends and evenings when necessary
- Strong communication skills & Professional demeanor and attitude
- Willingness to travel as needed to locations that are local to London
- Interviewing, hiring, and training new canvassers (door to door)
- Motivating their team and providing feedback to management about incentives programs offered to team
- Supervision and management of canvassing Team Leaders
- Participating in and running ongoing training and coaching sessions on proper closing techniques
- Post-Secondary Education in Business or Marketing considered a strong asset
- Minimum of 2 years of Management or Related Experience
- Proficiency with computers is required
- Have own reliable transportation & Valid G Class Driver’s License
Salary and lucrative commission structure available dependent on experience; Own vehicle would be used however gas allowance will be offered.
