Job Description

Our client; a large Food Distributer in the Mississauga Area; are looking to bring on a full-time Canvassing Manager to help support the recent growth of their business. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar setting, with at least 2 years in a related position.

Successful Candidates would:
  • Have a flexible schedule; available for weekends and evenings when necessary
  • Strong communication skills & Professional demeanor and attitude
  • Willingness to travel as needed to locations that are local to London
Job Duties (included but not limited to):
  • Interviewing, hiring, and training new canvassers (door to door)
  • Motivating their team and providing feedback to management about incentives programs offered to team
  • Supervision and management of canvassing Team Leaders
  • Participating in and running ongoing training and coaching sessions on proper closing techniques
Requirements:
  • Post-Secondary Education in Business or Marketing considered a strong asset
  • Minimum of 2 years of Management or Related Experience
  • Proficiency with computers is required
  • Have own reliable transportation & Valid G Class Driver’s License
Compensation: 
Salary and lucrative commission structure available dependent on experience; Own vehicle would be used however gas allowance will be offered.
