310T Truck and Coach Mechanics/Technicians - (CAMBRIDGE)

We require three 310T Truck and Coach licensed Technicians/Mechanics with progressive field experiences, ideally 3-5+ years in your trade, and if you bring more seasoned experience, we want to hear from you also.  These positions are available for our brand new State of the Art facility in Cambridge, Ontario opening soon.

As our ideal candidate you have strong interpersonal skills, and are an expert go-to, and often an enthusiastic mentor. You are a strong proactive problem-solver, and someone who is extremely competent, capable and efficient in your expertise.  You understand and can relay the value of your quality front line knowledge and experiences as they relate to our client commitments. You also understand the importance of safety, attention to detail, trouble-shooting, and that quality and timeliness is everything.   

You will perform quality mechanical work on vehicles or components, while maintaining safe, orderly and clean working habits.  You will offer flexibility and support for other projects and duties as assigned by your supervisor.
 
Location, Hours and Shift Schedule  

• Full Time, Kitchener branch location to start, and then to new Cambridge Ontario Facility
• 40 hour work week.
• To begin:  Days and Afternoon rotating shifts, with the goal to Midnight Shift requirements nearer mid to year end 2017.

310T  Mechanic/ Technician Requirements & Qualifications

• 310T Licensed Intermediate Mechanic Technician (2-4 years min.)
• 310T Seasoned Heavy Truck Mechanic (5+ years), an even greater asset.
• Ideal Candidate will have 3-5 years heavy or medium truck repair experience
• Note:  For 3^rd and 4^th level 310T Apprenticeships, if you have the ability and drive to be a star, we are keen to partner in those efforts with you also
   

310T  Mechanic/ Technician Compensation
 

• A Competitive Salary $60,000 – 76,960 (salary is commensurate with experience)
