Talentcor Tillsonburg is currently recruiting for an Electrician for a large automotive client.
 
Wage: $32.00 to $35.00/ hr, excellent benefit package. Must be able to work 3 shift rotation and overtime as needed.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
 

• Install, program, maintain, test, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical equipment and associated electrical and electronic controls within the plant to ensure the ongoing and reliable operation of plant equipment and systems
• Complete preventative maintenance as required on machinery/equipment
• Wire new panels for machinery/equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery as needed
• Program/revise new and existing machinery as needed
• Programming of PLC’s and robots, troubleshooting and diagnosing PLC issues
• Select, install and repair bussways, flexible and rigid conduit, cable trough, wire and communication cables
• Read, interpret and revise ladder logic, distribution, mechanical architectural, fluid power, alarm system, visual equipments and instrumentation drawings

Education:

• Industrial Electrician Trade Certification (442A)
• Grade 12 Diploma
• 1-3 years experience in the industry
