Inbound Customer Service Rep Needed Immediately!!!

Greenstar Plant Products Inc. is a Cambridge based supplier of a variety of quality lawn and garden products, as well as a pet products distributor, and we have an immediate opening for an experienced and energetic Inbound Customer Sales Rep to join our team!
Ideal candidate will be a multi-tasker, methodical thinker and ready to have their hands in several cookie jars all at the same time. You are a service oriented individual who is quick witted and flourishes in a fast paced and energetic atmosphere. You are a team player who knows what it takes to work hard and does what it takes to get the job done.

To be successful in this role:
- Must have a minimum of 1 year customer service experience!
- Must be professional with a friendly demeanour and “can do” attitude!
- Must be reliable and punctual!
- Must have the ability to retain product information!
- Must have great communication skills – written and verbal!
- Must have good interpersonal skills!
- Must have good computer skills!
- Must have excellent organizational skills!
- Must have the ability to work independently and in a team environment!
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment!
- Permanent full-time.
- Monday to Friday 8:00am until 5pm

- Experience in the Lawn & Garden industry as well as Pet Products and accessories would be considered an asset!
- Bilingual in French would be considered an asset!
