We are currently seeking for an outgoing, energetic team leader and experienced Assistant Branch Manager for our Guelph team. The Assistant Branch Manager’s primary focus is to oversee the achievements of 1-2 units within a single branch and to continuously sell Randstad staffing and HR solutions to prospective clients and to attract and screen the top professional talent to meet the needs of our Randstad clients. Working together with the Branch Manager, the Assistant Branch Manager must effectively manage the profitability of the branch’s business.
The main responsibilities of an Assistant Branch Manager are the following:
• Continued business development, customer service and recruitment
• Achievement of annual budget including temp revenue, perm revenue and GM targets
• Shared responsibilities with the BM on the profitability of the branch
• To lead and develop others by providing effective coaching, feedback, structure and support
• To apply Randstad operating principles in building sustainable, profitable business
• To effectively solve problems and make timely decisions consistent with Randstad’s core values
• To formulate and execute action plans and strategies to meet specific business goals
Desired Skills & Experience
• At least 12 months’ experience in a Staffing Consultant role within Randstad
• Currently meets expectations in the role (budget, accreditations completed, competencies)
• Demonstrated interest and ability
• Successful completion of post-secondary education a definite asset
• Management experience (an asset)
• Hold a track record of demonstrated sales targets and recruiting success
