There’s a vacancy position as AM Lead hand waiting for you.

Under the management of the Warehouse Supervisor, the lead hand supervises and advises warehouse staff during the performance of their daily duties.        

She/he assists the supervisor in solving/addressing job-related problems and ensures all duties are performed effectively and efficiently.

Warehouse Lead Hand responsibilities include:

Supervising warehouse personnel;

Loading and unloading material;

Driving a forklift (if needed);

Customer service, shipping and receiving as well as various warehouse tasks.

Planning routes for Tractor Trailers to ensure delivery times are met

Act as key liason for Drivers throughout their deliveries

Requirements:

Warehouse Lead Hand must act as a coach/motivator to all warehouse employees.

The successful Candidate requires minimum of 2 years of shipping, receiving, warehouse with leadership skills.

Experience with computerized inventory systems would be considered an asset for this position.
