We have two positions open for a Data Entry Specialist with our client in Waterloo. This will be a part time opportunity for a one year contract. Looking for candidates with financial background. Duties will include:• Retrieve various stock prices through several indices and enter manually • Enter prime rates into the system• Upload data to main frame systems • Validate and upload data received from custodian and upload to main frame systems • Perform bank account reconciliationsPart time positionWaterlooHours: 4pm - 9pmPay: $19 - $20One year contract25 to 30 hours per weekImmediate positionExcellent work ethic and reliable workerPrior experience in a similar role is a must Attention to detail is imperative in this roleExcellent working knowledge of Excel Knowledge of Lotus Notes Able to work overtime if needed
