We are looking for active job seekers who are looking for long term employment opportunities in the Brantford area. You will be working in a manufacturing environment. Do you like working in a team-oriented environment while listening to your favourite tunes? This position could be for you!
This position is a Lead Hand role. Are you mechanically inclined, and enjoy fixing things?
Do you have experience leading a team and celebrating a teams successes?
In this role you will be leading a department of welders or Industrial coaters.
You will be ensuring smooth production and handling raw materials
Company inventory control
Following and promoting health and safety guidelines
Maintaining a healthy and respectful work environment
Location: Brantford (Oak Park Rd area)
Must be flexible for any shift
Starting Pay Rate: $24.82
Pay increase once completed probation. Annual increases moving forward
