Job Description
Coletara Development is seeking an experienced Sales Person starting as a Coordinator and transitioning to Lead Sales Person, for an exciting new mid-rise condo development in Guelph. Starting immediately, this position will lead to future opportunities for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:

Starting out assisting sales team during reservation promotional period
-
Oversee, coordinate and ensure complete and accurate paperwork
-
Report regularly to Sales Manager
-
Transition to Lead Sales Person of remaining pre-construction condos
-
Call & schedule appointments with web-registrants
-
Greet clients, identify needs and wants, provide information on features and pricing
-
Follow-up consistently with all visitors
-
Assist with events, VIP Opening, Grand Opening
-
Work with all purchasers on colour selection and upgrade program
Skills and Qualifications:
-
2+ years of sales experience (preferably pre-construction condominium sales)

Knowledge of current market and new construction competitors
-
Work with integrity, strong focus on customer service and sales

Fast learner able to master the sales presentation and effectively close

Exceptional communication, decision-making, attention to detail
-
Must be high-energy and outgoing with a professional image

Must have a positive attitude and be self-motivated

Be a team player

Accurate administration & reporting capabilities

Real Estate license not required
