Job Description
An award-winning and rapidly growing company in Kitchener is looking for a Mould Maker for their afternoon shift. A leading full service tier 1 supplier for the automotive industry, their key strength is offering their world-wide customers a single source alternative for all their interior automotive plastic part needs.
The successful candidate will have experience in troubleshooting and maintaining plastic injection tooling in an automotive manufacturing environment. They will be familiar with preventative maintenance systems and have experience with various hot runner applications, including valve gate systems. They will also be familiar with tool shop equipment. Candidates with TIG welding skills, along with high polish and textured surfaces, are preferred.
Requirements:
- Ontario licensed Mould Maker
- 3 years experience in plastic injection tooling
- must be able to work the afternoon shift
- willingness to work overtime as required
