Do you consider yourself a meticulous, incredibly skilled TIG Welder/Fitter considering a move to a straight day shift in Cambridge? Can you demonstrate the WOW factor with your skills? Do you enjoy working in an environment where your skill set is appreciated by management, you have state of the art air extraction at your personal weld cell and working in an environment that is climate controlled on different projects all the time?

In this role you will be:
- fitting, TIG welding, and polishing your work to a minimum standard
- MIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum
- working with stainless steel and aluminum
- using other associated equipment such as ironworkers, brake presses, shears, etc
- doing work for a variety of settings, including nuclear, food and pharma
- using the newest up to date welders (new in 2019)
- working alongside co-workers that will want to learn your skill set

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working with stainless steel and aluminum TIG welding, ideally from a pharmaceutical background alongside MIG welding
- must have a critical eye and demonstrate finesse and make things look pretty.
- able to polish your parts to a high degree of accuracy
- positive attitude towards work, easy to get along with
- high sense of accuracy in your work
- able to read and interpret blueprints
- demonstrate enthusiasm for your work
- preferably you have a valid CWB TIG ticket
