Our client, a leading insurance company in Canada, is looking for bilingual candidates fluent in French and English with a background in Human Resources to join their team. As a bilingual HR representative, you would be responsible for the following:
• Providing exceptional service to employees and management team by handling telephone and email inquiries with regards to HR policies, programs and HRIS system
• Providing prompt and accurate responses in a clear, consistent and professional manner
• Educating customers at every opportunity on rationale behind policies and the HR self-service tools
• Identifying trends and patterns of client questions or issues, initiate improvement suggestions or escalate to the appropriate person/department
• Other duties as needed
• Work for a leading insurance company
• Waterloo location
• 7 month contract
• $19/hour
• Monday to Friday
• 8:30am to 4:30 pm
• Start date: June 1st, 2016

• Must be bilingual in French and English (excellent verbal and written skills in both languages)
• Previous experience in a call centre
• Previous Human Resources experience or education in Human Resources
• Proficient in MS Office and strong computer skills
