Our client, a leading food manufactur, is currently hiring for an experienced Maintenance Technician. This is a permanent position on the night shift and is located in Woodstock ON. If you have a team-based attitude and want to work in a respectful, thriving workplace, apply with us now!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist current maintenance department with preventative and repair maintenance
• Complete electrical and mechanical emergency repairs and general maintenance
• Perform electrical installations from time to time
• Assist with production line start-ups
• Perform packaging line repairs as required
• Perform certain building maintenance including HVAC

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a Licenced Millwright or Electrician
• Must be available for to work straight midnights
• Thorough and demonstrated knowledge of AC drive systems (Indramat/Elau etc)
• Electrical troubleshooting and mechanical training.
• Millwright experience in addition to exposure to high speed packaging in a food environment would be beneficial

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Successful candidates will be required to submit to a criminal background check

• Competitive pay rate of $35.58 per hour
