Express SRG is recruiting for a seasoned Customer service/Operations manager role for a small family-owned company in the medical device industry. Reporting to the Owner; this position will be responsible for day-to-day customer service/operations for the busy distributor. On-site opportunity!

Responsibilities: (Not limited to: )

• Check emails and process orders.
• Answer questions from the field reps and purchasers.
• Getting orders out to warehouse.
• Put quotes together, other customer service-related tasks.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of customer service experience
• Technical skills in MS office. QuickBooks online an asset.
• Self-motivated and driven individual.
• This client is not on a bus route.
