Role Description
As a Technical Sales Specialist you will participate in the definition, launch and evolution of our world-class products and solutions. The role will offer a huge variety of experiences and opportunities in bringing new offers to market.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and promote sales relationships with existing clients
  • Identify and solicit potential clients
  • Assess clients' needs and resources and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Create winning solutions by working closely with the regional sales team, product managers, and architects, to help define the scope, features, and requirement roadmaps of solutions that meet client requirements
  • Evaluate product positioning
  • Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit clients' needs
  • Develop reports, proposals, and materials to illustrate the benefits of company solutions and products
  • Refine sales and go-to-market processes
  • Estimate costs of installing and maintaining products and services
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts
  • Consult with clients after sales to resolve problems and provide ongoing support
  • Troubleshoot technical problems or issues
  • Provide customer training relating to products and solutions
Personal Attributes
  • A university degree
  • Technical background or experience, preferably in video, telecommunications, or networking
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in applying at least one element of life-cycle marketing
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Listening and influencing skills
  • Business insight: ability to create customer value in solution definitions and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
