Facility Maintenance Leader
Our client, a progressive property management firm with “state of the art” commercial and institutional properties, is looking to add a Facilities Maintenance Leader to their management team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, building operations professional to join a great company with great properties.

What you will be doing:

• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical operating equipment, building environmental systems and grounds at various facilities.
• Perform functions to meet the requirements of a safe and reliable workplace
• Provide 100% service satisfaction level with the clients.

What skills you need to have:

• Must have knowledge of building maintenance and operation, maintenance management systems and procedures, and most building trade disciplines, acquired through a community college certificate as a Class II Building Environmental Systems or equivalent experience
• Must possess Trade certification such as a Gas Technician I certificate, an HVAC technician certification, Red Seal Interprovincial Millwright’s ticket or Red Seal Electricians Ticket.
• Must have 3 years of continuous experience operating and maintaining buildings.
