TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST
 
Working in a team atmosphere, and reporting to the Group Leader, the Technical Support Analyst will utilize the Help Desk system in providing remote and on-site technical support to the users. The Technical Support Analyst will install, configure, monitor and troubleshoot software, computer hardware, peripherals and local area networks. The Technical Support Analyst may be required to travel to a variety of locations with diagnostic tools and Board equipment.
 
Qualifications: The successful candidate will be a graduate of a recognized two year post-secondary program in computer technologies or equivalent. Expertise is required in contemporary and legacy versions of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems. Working experience and knowledge with Microsoft SCCM will be considered an asset. Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license are required.
 
Experience: The successful candidate will have minimum of two years related work experience diagnosing problems, supporting computers, users, and computer networks.
 
Rate of pay: $23.88 per hour plus 4% vacation pay
 
Start Date:    As soon as possible
