We are looking for candidates with strong administrative experience to join our client as a Plan Design Specialist. This is for a one year contract and prior pensions experience is preferred along with excellent communication and analytical skills.

You will be responsible for:
-Examining all documents received in a new case submission while following underwriting guidelines to ensure all required forms are received and completed in compliance with federal and provincial pension authorities;
-Identifying compliance issues, recommend options for resolution and/or escalate when necessary
-Issuing the client contracts in accordance with the plan specifications and federal & provincial pension authorities;
-Conducting reviews and preparing submission of amendments and windup reports
-Working with financial data and reconciling reports
-Other duties as needed

-Waterloo location (relocating to their Kitchener location in September)

- One year contract
- Pay: $16/hr
- Hours: 8am-5pm
- Effective date: May 16th, 2015

Previous administrative experience
Proficient in MS Office
Strong math skills to reconcile reports
Excellent communication skills
Great organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Successful completion of IFIC /CEBS/CSC would be an asset
• Knowledge of Canadian pension products is an asset
