Advantages
- starting wage of $16.50 (merit increase of $0.50/hr after 6 months)
- afternoon premium of $0.45/hr, night premium of $0.95/hr

Qualifications
- comfort with repetitive lifting/using hand tools/being productive in a fast paced work environment
