Greenwin is hiring! We are looking for a Building Superintendent - Team of Two for an upcoming luxury apartment residence in Kitchener, Ontario.

The Building Superintendent - Team of Two will be on site in order to respond to emergencies and tenant concerns, allow access to the building for trade workers, collect monthly rent payments, maintain cleanliness, complete minor maintenance repairs, and lease apartments as necessary. The ideal candidates must possess strong communication skills, solid technical skills and maintenance experience.
