Our client, located in Woodstock ON, has immediate openings for Line Leaders to join their production team. These are permanent full time positions.

Our client, located in Woodstock ON, has immediate openings for Line Leaders to join their production team. These are permanent full time positions.
Duties:
- Responsible for the overall safe and efficient operation of the line
- Lead, coach, direct, train and provide feedback to the line staff to improve operation of the production area
- Operate machinery; monitor the line and finished products
- Completing HACCP-related and organizational documents
- Ensuring efficient and timely start ups
Requirements:
- Knowledge of production operations specific to production and packaging lines is required; experience in a GMP facility is preferred
- Experience leading, coaching, training in a Team Lead or similar role is required
- Experience with walkie/stacker is preferred
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Mechanical ability
- Computer skills
- Demonstrated desire for continuous improvement
- Must be available for afternoons or nights (straight)
