We are currently recruiting for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Guelph.

In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of new and existing customer accounts, providing customer support, up-selling, technical assistance and overall general relationship management.

Shift 1: 8am – 4:30pm, Shift 2: 9am-5:30pm, Shift 3: 10am-6:30pm, Shift 4:
10:30am-7:00pm. All shifts are Monday to Friday.

What do you need to have to be successful in the Bilingual Customer Service Representative role?
- Previous Customer Service Experience on an order desk
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a must
- Experience with SAP is an asset but not required
- High attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be fully English/French bilingual
