Job Description
CNC Machine Operator
- This is a full time Permanent postion
- All shifts available (days,afternoons, and nights)
- Starting wage: $14.50 per hour
- 41 hours per week
| Job Description: | CNC machine operators will be in charge of placing parts in a machine, checking for quality and stacking parts neatly -Programs mills and lathes by entering instructions -Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling and thread chasing operations; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes - Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling and thread chasing operations; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes -setting tool registers, offsets, compensation, and conditional switches - Maintain a clean work environment - Work quickly and efficiently to meet company productivity standards -Attention to detail - All other duties as assigned -Has reliable transportation to and from the job - Grade 12 or equivalent is required |
| Experience: | -Pervious work experience in a general labour/ manufacturing setting is an asset. |
