Duties and Responsibilities:
 
  • Greet customers and clients at the front reception desk
  • Answer a multi-line phone and direct calls to appropriate individuals
  • Provide excellent customer service dealing with customers, clients and drivers in person and over the phone
  • Process schedule invoicing on a 28 day rotating schedule
  • Input and invoice lab tests and service work orders
  • Enter cheques into the computer system
  • Other customer service/clerical duties as required
 
Job Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of reception experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Self starter who is willing to learn and ask for additional work when work is completed
  • Excellent and accurate data entry skills
  • Business Visions Essentials Accounting is an Asset
