Job Description
Express SRG is recruiting for a direct hire Senior Administrator/Sales Support for our valued insurance client in Downtown London. Our client administers multiple lines of insurance products in auto and lending marketplaces and has a solid people culture.

Requirements of the role:
- 2 to 3 years of senior administrative/sales support experience.
- Experience working with Microsoft office is required. Salesforce an asset.
- Post-secondary education in marketing or similar field.
- Strong analytical and communication or presentation skills required.
Primary Responsibilities: (not limited to: )
- Work with the sales and management to create marketing materials.
- Responsible for administrative tasks and offer support to the sales team.
- Participate in weekly meetings.
- Manage the CRM (Pipedrive) and generate monthly reports for the management.
- Answer all client inquiries promptly to resolve any issues.
