Credit & Collections Representative
About the JobAs part of the Credit & Collections team, you will be primarily responsible for accounts receivable and interfacing with customers, over the phone, concerning our telecommunication services and billing processes, payments and banking.
Position Details
- Fulltime, Monday to Friday

- Location – Woodstock ON.
- Initial training (expected to be approx. 3 weeks) will be regular business hours of 8am to 4:30pm.
- Communicates with confidence using superior customer service skills and possess highly developed telephone etiquette
- Strong attention to accuracy, detail and follow-up
- Outstanding conflict resolution and problem solving skills
- Must be comfortable dealing with complex explanations
- Ability to multi-task, in a fast paced and vibrant work environment
- Must be a highly motivated team player that strives to provide exceptional service and take pride in the quality of your work
- Demonstrate a genuine respect for people, their concerns, feelings, well-being and appreciation of them as one of our customers
- 1-2 years billing or collections experience
- 1-2 years previous call centre and/or telephone customer service environment experience
- Telecommunications experience an asset, but is not required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Valid Class G driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
