Our client in the Guelph location are seeking an Inside Sales / Customer Service Rep to join their growing team. This position would be a permanent opportunity.
In this role you would be responsible for:
- Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and strong rapport with customers.
- Customer invoicing and reporting and following through process to ensure delivery
- Receive and process customer orders and respond to order inquires.
- Provide pricing, product availability and schedule information

Qualifications
Qualifications
- Min 3 years inside sales experience with a successful track record in customer service in a related field
- Strong analytical and organization problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication, - verbally and written
- Great computer skills, previous ERP experience
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
