Job Summary

  • Leads full cycle recruitment for Vuteq hiring process

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Utilizes hiring manager’s job requisition to determine which positions need filling
  • Develops and maintains job descriptions for all positions
  • Place job advertisement on appropriate job posting media; uses innovative recruitment tools to do so
  • Receives and filters through resumes to determine suitable candidates
  • Leads initial phone interview stages to establish if a face-to-face interview is necessary
  • Schedules first face-to-face interview with hiring team (for salary: Human Resources and respective department representative; for hourly: leads)
  • Administers applicant testing techniques
  • For salary positions, responsible for scheduling next step of interviews with hands-on portion, as well as job offers with Human Resources and necessary management representatives
  • Responsible for collecting reference checks for all potential hires
  • Creates and presents job offer to successful candidate
  • For hourly positions, communicate with leadership to place on-line team members in appropriate departments
  • Work directly with Internal Hiring Support team member to coordinate internal training room and all necessary training/orientations
  • Alongside Internal Hiring Support team member, follow-up with new hires to ensure suitability with team member and organization
  • Maintain team member files with any/all information regarding full-cycle recruitment process

Additional Responsibilities

  • Updates job descriptions annually
  • Researches job market to determine best suitable place for job advertisement
  • Understands roles within organization to establish adequate compensation
  • Holds regular job fairs to market Vuteq and its career opportunities
  • Complete monthly/annual reviews with new team members
  • Conducts exit interviews and reports back to Human Resources Manager
  • Participate in necessary recruiting/human resources seminars

Job Qualifications

Education

  • 1-2 year college diploma in Human Resources or related field

Experience

  • 3-5 years in a full-cycle recruitment role
  • Understanding of job market

Certificates, Licenses, and Skills

  • In process of completing HRM
  • Recruiting skills

Computer Skills
Human Resource systems, Microsoft Office including Word and Excel

Physical Effort and Requirements of this Position

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include color vision.

Language Skills

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to effetely present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public

Mathematical Skills

  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry

Reasoning Abilities

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule
