We are currently recruiting for several Bilingual Customer Service Representatives in Kitchener where you can put your skills and passion to great use. In this role, you will assist plan members and plan sponsors with their insurance needs in a professional manner while handling sensitive issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering inbound inquiries related to Banking and Financial products.
If you're a dynamic individual with strong communication skills in French and English who is looking for new challenges in the Insurance industry, this would be a great opportunity for you!
