We are currently recruiting for an Inside Sales/CSR for our client within the Electrical Distribution field in the Guelph location. This is a permanent position that gives opportunity for advancement and growth.

Job Duties
- Accepting, entering, and processing orders through an internal system
- Assisting client with inquiries related to products
- Takes necessary action to resolve customer service issues in a timely manner and follows-up and verifies commitments are met afterwards
- Proactively suggests associated and/or alternate products as needed
- Answering technical questions over phone and email
- Answers calls promptly, and professionally, listens attentively to the customers, understands and fulfills their needs
- Promotes focus product items to generate incremental sales

Qualifications
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), great organizational skills and time management
- Electrical products knowledge  is an asset
- Good technical skills (MSOFFICE) and experience working with a previous ERP system an asset
- Must be customer service driven 
- Recent graduates more then welcomed to apply

The ideal candidate will enjoy working within a small, team environment and will have experience working within Inside Sales or Customer Service. Training on this role will include cross-training in a variety of roles within the company to gain knowledge of their industry specific.
