Managing the activities of Speedy Glass® service centres, you will ensure the delivery of a high quality level of service and optimize both human and financial resources. You will also rely on your leadership, teamwork and management skills to create and maintain a strong partnership with the employees.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish service centre objectives and implement strategies to achieve them.
  • Evaluate the results of your team.
  • Manage employees and establish working schedules.
  • Improve operational processes.
  • Manage the service centres budgets.
  • Contribute to the development and expansion of the service centres.
  • Develop and maintain a strong customer base.
  • Support employees in their development.
  • Organize employees to achieve results and objectives, to implement programs, to motivate and to share information.
  • Provide technical support to technicians.
  • Ensure a good working environment where employees can achieve their professional and personal objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a sense of belonging among employees.

PROFILE

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in retail sales, customer service and/or retail management.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Team player.
  • Results oriented.
  • Strong sales skills.
  • Solid problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate.
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in POS and MS Office applications.
