Position Summary

Reporting directly to PMG’s President, the Executive Recruitment Coordinator will support our firm’s Senior Consultants to achieve individual and organizational objectives while managing a variety of professional business communications inclusive of detailed job postings, report writing, proposals, position marketing profiles, company brochures, service agreements, social media campaigns, and any other documentation that is rich with content. Embracing PMG’s mission and values, the Executive Recruitment Assistant will be responsible for managing multiple competing priorities and deadlines according to verbal and written project plans to meet our clients’ needs, while fostering a positive client and candidate experience to uphold PMG’s recognized brand and reputation.

Additionally, the Executive Recruitment Coordinator will play a key role in the sourcing of qualified talent for each active recruitment project, while utilizing and maintaining a rich Applicant Tracking System (ATS) database that is well-organized and efficient for the team to decipher relevant data, while also utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter to locate specific skillsets of viable candidates.

About You

You have a post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, English, Professional Writing, Communications, or similar studies, coupled with in-depth knowledge of layout design concepts and business writing best practices to produce attractive, professional, and detailed business communications. A Technical Writing certificate is an asset. You possess strong business acumen and interpersonal skills to be a critical team player and have demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced sales or client-centered environment with changing priorities. It would be helpful to have worked within an Executive Search and Recruitment firm with familiarity of HR/recruitment best practices.

You have strong time management, organization, adaptability, business communications, and analytical abilities to provide an outstanding client and candidate experience. You have sound research and analysis capabilities to aid in the organization of data for sourcing of candidates with specific skillsets and to verify information to ensure its accuracy. Additionally, you have strong software knowledge and experience inclusive of MS Office programs, especially Word and Excel, and CRM experience would be beneficial. Familiarity with design programs such as Canva (Pro), Photoshop, LucidPress, and the like will be an asset. You have demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders within a fast-paced, driven organization to deliver results while maintaining an adaptable, positive, “can-do” attitude. Experience with project management methodologies would be a definite asset.
