Job Responsibilities:

Assembling buffing pads produced on different machinery. Operator may be required to work on several different machines. Bagging product and boxing.

Equipment used:

Glue heating machine. Forming and cooling press. Box sealer, utility knives, hand cart, lift carts, pallet lifters.

Job Tasks:

Produce product. Clean up work area. Quality testing. Trim buff pads using utility knife. Heat glue and apply material. Prepare for packaging.

Operators are expected to work with machinery that contains a heating element used to melt glue on pads.

Personal Protective Equipment required: safety glasses, hearing protection, Heat & Cut resistant gloves, safety shoes, dust masks.

Must be available for various shifts including Weekends. Must have at least 1 year current production experience. Will be working with materials that contain wool.
