Job Description
Adecco is currently recruiting for a permanent opportunity as a Glass Technician job in Waterloo, ON. The successful candidate for this position will exceed customers expectations by providing the highest quality of service and standards of workmanship when replacing, repairing or fitting vehicle glass and providing other company services and products.
Main Responsibilities for the Glass Technician:

- Consistently meeting and exceeding technical standards in the installations
- Keeping customers informed of the work process being carried out
- Ensuring that you work within the company productivity targets
- Representing the interests of the customer in dealing with internal procedures
- Seek and identifying all opportunities to increase sales by upselling products
- Adhere to and enforcing company technical standards and work procedures
- Ensure proper tool maintenance
- Comply with the Health and Safety procedures and safety equipment provided
- Highschool Diploma
- Minimum 2 years of direct experience in automotive glass repair and replacement is an asset
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Results oriented team player
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Available to work a flexible schedule
- Must have a valid driver’s license
