Educational Assistant at Independent (Montessori) school - private client
One of Montessori Academy of London's families is looking for an Educational Assistant to support their child with Down syndrome.
Are you a retired teacher, recent Bachelor of Ed. graduate or have other related experience?
Description of the role
. working one on one with a child who has Down syndrome (focus is on assisting with/modifying school
work, more than behaviour ), age 14, in the Junior High setting at Waterloo St. location
. ideal candidate will have valid First Aid CPR, recent Vulnerable Sector Police Check, teaching experience/education
. pay rate $23.00/hr
. position starts September 1 2025 through until June 2026
. shadowing shifts available June 2025
. hours would be between 830am and 345 pm
