We have a vacancy within our Woodstock Ontario office for a management role to support the design and marketing team. The self-motivated and well organized individual will be an integral part in shaping the way we do business. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the successful candidate will need to liaise closely with suppliers, clients and our design team.  The role comprises of many facets, including; administrative assistance with business development activities, office and team management and project management. This role will ensure all projects are accurately completed by established deadlines with focus on process, organization, follow up and project completion deadlines. The candidate should have an understanding of the printing and/or signage production process, Strong negotiation skills, Strong time management skills, and a strong sense of leadership and an ability to focus on details with a commitment to quality of work. This is a full time placement in a face paced environment. A team attitude and focus on client service are crucial to success in this role.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage design team and production schedule
• Ensure team deadlines are met
• Communicate effectively with suppliers
• Prioritize current and upcoming projects
• Assist in daily administration operations
• Liaise with Suppliers, Site Supervisors, to coordinate project details
• Ensure quality of work and review production documents for accuracy
• Request and secure permits when required
• Issue purchase orders and quotes, sub-contract agreements, and invoices
• Manage and organize multiple supplier and client databases

Skills and Qualifications:

• College/University Degree majoring in Marketing, Business or  a relative discipline
• Knowledge of the signage or print industries is an asset
• Minimum 5 years prior management and marketing experience
• High proficiency level with MS Office & Acrobat, Adobe Creative Suite & Word Press are an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Superior organizations skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• The initiative to self-start
• Flexible to changing business needs
