Our client in Woodstock is looking for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant in a Manufacturing facility. 
This is a great opportunity for an individual fluent in English-Japanese. 

Job Responsibilities 

• Supporting all departments with administration needs
• Coordinate all travel arrangements for guests and team members
• Assist with general accounting functions
• Maintain daily updates of work orders
• Administer and organize the uniform program for all Team Members
• Maintain inventory levels
• Organize all social events

We are looking for a candidate with the following characteristics and abilities: 

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work accurately and pay close attention to details with frequent interruptions
• Ability to maintain organized records
• Ability to process high volume of data accurately for extended period of time
• Ability to successfully interact with others at all levels of the organization to develop effective working relationships

Experience Required 

• Bilingual - Japanese/English
• Diploma in a Business Administration or Business related field
• Previous experience assisting with payroll is an asset
• Substantial administrative work experience
• Experience working with Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to type 60 - 80 WPM

Salary 

$40,000/year
