We are currently recruiting Temporary Educational Assistants to work within schools in all areas of the Thames Valley District School Board (Elgin, Middlesex, and Oxford counties, and the city of London). The successful candidates will be placed on a temporary employee list to perform work in long term assignments and on an “on call” basis. **Applicants MUST be available to accept assignments on short notice and be available five (5) days per week.
Temporary Educational Assistants require a two (2) year Community College Diploma or equivalent with courses relating to the specific assignment. (For example: Developmental Services Worker (preferred)). You must attach a copy of your diploma in order to be included in the interview process.
Rate of Pay: $20.87 per hour plus 4% vacation pay
