Our Building Maintenance Technician’s primary focus is maintaining and repairing (or assist in coordinating the repair) of mechanical, electrical, structural and building finishes and other related services providing a well-maintained venue for hosting events driving economic impact for the community.

Job Skills and Requirements
The successful candidate must have:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in building maintenance/construction
- Perform unsupervised trade/technical requirements of the position once training is completed
- Mechanical/technical education and experience preferred
- Specific trades experience an asset.
- Intermediate knowledge of Windows 365 required.
- Knowledge of building automation systems an asset
- Working at Heights certification and forklift license an asset
