Junior IT Administrator
 
 
Reports To:         VP
 
Basic Job Function:
 
Responsible for the timely and efficient first-level support for all IT user as well as provide security and support for corporate  servers and PC environment
 
Job Responsibilities:
 

1. First level support,installation of hardand software; support via Helpdesk (eg problems with printers, MS Office); change in settings, user administration.
2. Administration of MS Exchange, Active Directory, VM-Ware
3. Documentation of tasks of procedures and tasks
4. Participation IT-projects
5. Up-to-date structure of Server- or PCs
6. Administration (MS Exchange, Active Directory, VM Ware) for locations
    
   Skills/Abilities:
    
7. Strong working knowledge of SQL Server, .net-Framework
8. Strong working knowledge of MS Exchange, Active Directory, VM Ware
9. Installation of Software
10. Strong working knowledge of Windows-Server
11. Ability to troubeshoot MS office, printers, PCs, servers
12. Willingness to work during non-business hours
13. Geman language is an asset.
     
    Experience:
     
    2 years’ experience in Corporate Environment
     
    Education:
     
    College Diploma or University Degree in Information Technology
