We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to support a valued client in Woodstock
ROLE:
This position is a primary point of contact for our customers, providing superior service, responding to customer needs and resolving any issues that arise during daily business activities. Responsible to coordinate efforts with production, shipping, warehousing, purchasing, inventory, formulation, quality assurance, and the sales team to exceed customer needs and expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Develop strong and lasting relationships with our customers.
- Act as liaison with plant management to schedule production, determine inventory availability and expedite shipments.
- Effectively resolve any service issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate outbound logistics
- Invoice customer accounts for products & services, and manage any credit and debit memos.
- Provide product and pricing information as requested
- Understand resources available to respond to all customer questions and be able to provide creative approaches and thinking on addressing requests.
- Coordinate ongoing communication and feedback with sales managers to improve overall customer experience.
- Document, research and obtain resolution for customer complaints
- Provide backup & support for other office positions as necessary
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Seeking an individual with a Customer Service related background – either through education and/or work experience.
- Preference given to individuals with experience and/or education in the agricultural field.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, detail, and follow-up skills
- Strong computer skills, preferably with exposure to Microsoft Office products
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
- Ability to function in a fast-paced work environment and participate and contribute to a team environment
- Superior problem-solving capabilities.
